Back To Basics

In Humble, Texas, Oak Forest Elementary School joined the fight against drugs. Students and teachers arrived in camouflage clothing on Friday of Red Ribbon Week. A military sergeant led the school through a drug awareness boot camp. The event started with an address to the “recruits.” Then they participated in a call and response activity. Next came cadences. Exercise drills, such as jumping jacks and pushups, got everyone moving. If you choose to do a boot camp, order “Be All You Can Be: Be Drug Free” items, such as Temporary Tattoos, Silicone Bracelets or a Theme Kit.
